How CreekPOS handles your data in the program, in CreekPOS Online and on this website.

  • The program keeps all data in files on your PC; nothing is sent to us except an optional daily version check.
  • CreekPOS Online stores your data on servers in the European Union, encrypted, with daily backups. You are the controller; we are the processor.
  • Support staff look at your online data only when you ask, read-only, and each look is logged in your activity log.
  • After a subscription ends, data goes read-only, then is deleted after a retention period; you can export until then.
  • This website uses no advertising trackers. Contact-form and WhatsApp details are used to answer you.
