Why we built it
Cheap or free point-of-sale software costs shops time first and data later. Shopkeepers told us three things: a new cashier must learn it in ten minutes; it must keep working when the internet drops; and the owner wants to see the numbers from home. Every version since the first grew from what shops asked for.
